Temporary Receptionist

June 16 - June 27 (with possible extension)

Monday - Friday/8:30am - 4:30pm

Duties:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering inquiries in person or by telephone
  • Receiving, incoming, outgoing and inter-office calls; including managing, diagnosing, resolving, and escalating inquiries related to a diverse range of issues and situations
  • Provide administrative support services
  • Effective & efficient operation of the reception and public areas

 

 

Requirements

Experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years related experience
  • Demonstrated experience/training in keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheets and standard computer applications/programs
  • Must be able to make decisions in a timely manner and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience prioritizing conflicting issues or requests
  • Able to apply a variety of policies/procedures/guidelines to determine an appropriate course of action

Salary Information

$29.91/hr
