We are currently hiring a Project Manager on behalf of one of our valued clients.
About the Role
Joining a team where leadership and craftsmanship converge, the Project Manager will oversee projects from inception to completion - managing schedules, budgets, and personnel to ensure every build meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and track budgets, schedules, and work plans
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, quality, and cost performance
- Lead project meetings and produce progress reporting
- Ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience managing construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods and contract administration
- Experience with scheduling and cost control practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Diploma/degree in construction or equivalent experience
Salary & Other Information
Pay: CA$40.00-CA$50.00 per hour
