We are currently hiring a Business Systems Manager on behalf of one of our valued clients.

About the Role
The Business Systems Manager works closely with leadership and cross‑department teams to create clarity, structure, and efficiency across all areas of the business. You’ll lead the development of processes, workflows, SOPs, and management systems across project management, estimating, procurement, field operations, administration, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Design & Implementation

• Build and implement operational systems across the business
• Develop structured workflows for project management, estimating, procurement, and construction operations
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Process Improvement

• Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Strengthen communication flow between field and office
• Develop tools to support KPIs and performance tracking

Organizational Systems

• Support organizational structure and role clarity
• Help implement reporting systems and management tools
• Create internal training and onboarding documentation

Training & Rollout

• Train teams on new systems and processes
• Support adoption across all departments
• Assist managers with operational improvements
• Develop structured workflows for project management, estimating, procurement, and construction operations
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
