Job Description

Are you a friendly individual with a great personality? We’re looking for an experienced Office/Finance Administrator to become a vital part of our Macenna team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full scope of accounting tasks, including maintaining a complete set of books
  • WCB reporting, EHT reporting and managing CRA remittances.
  • Payroll, ROE's and employee benefits
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Monthly financial reporting to Operations
  • Completion of Company Year-end & submission to Accountant
  • Office administration duties
  • Updating of our resume database
  • Schedule interviews
  • Communicate with candidates and assist with placements

Requirements

  • Accounting course/training and/or accounting designation.
  • Must have experience handling a full set of books and experience with CRA/WCB remittances
  • Payroll experience required
  • Sage 50 accounting software - advanced user

Salary Information

Starting Wage: $33 - $35/hour

Full Benefit Package available after 6 months.
