Join Our clients Team as a Full-Time Office/Finance Administrator!

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a vital role within a dynamic organization. Our client is seeking a friendly, proactive, and experienced professional to manage their essential office and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full scope of accounting tasks, including maintaining a complete and accurate set of books.
  • Handle all regulatory reporting and remittances (WCB, EHT, CRA).
  • Process full-cycle payroll, prepare Records of Employment (ROE), and administer employee benefits.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and generate financial reports for Operations.
  • Prepare year-end working papers for submission to the external accountant.
  • Oversee general office administration duties.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Formal accounting training, certification, or a relevant designation.
  • Proven experience managing a full set of books and handling CRA/WCB remittances is essential.
  • Strong payroll processing experience.
  • Proficiency with Sage 50 (Simply Accounting) is required.
  • A positive, professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.

Salary Information

Starting Wage: $36 - $38/hour

Full Benefit Package available after 6 months.
