Job Description
Administrator - Fulltime permanent position
Experienced administrator needed for a growing construction company, to provide support with the day-to-day operation and assist with the company's changing needs going forward. This position is perfect for someone that likes to work alone in an office and handle a multitude of duties as they come up. Some duties would include phones, reception, payroll processing and allocating hours to jobs as well as job start up and shut down. Great customer and interpersonal skills are a must as well as good Microsoft Office skills. Quick Books Workforce for time tracking and Soho for email.
Requirements
- Required Education, Experience and Skills:
- Min high school diploma
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent will be highly considered
- Good eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills,
- Perform under a high degree of autonomy and independence
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
- Previous experience in related field
- Valid Driver's license
Salary Information
$25+/hr ( Depending on the skills & experience )
