We are seeking a personable, energetic, and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our clients team. This role involves developing, coordinating, and greeting customers, employees, and vendors while ensuring their office runs smoothly. 📍 Location: Fort St John, BC
📅 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
💰 Starting Wage: $20 - $22/hr
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors; direct them appropriately

Notify relevant employees upon visitor arrival

Respond to visitor inquiries, calls, and emails

Collect accounts receivable (A/R)

Answer and direct phone calls

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors

Assist with scheduling, managing calendars, and making transportation arrangements for clients
- Pricing & Ordering of Parts

Prepare and process various documents

Perform clerical duties: photocopying, scanning, filing

Maintain office supplies and inventory
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; office administration certification preferred

Experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Attention to detail in data entry and document preparation

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently
