On behalf of our client, a local industrial service company in Taylor, BC, Macenna Staffing Services is accepting resumes from individuals with strong administrative experience to fill our client's permanent, full-time role as an Office Administrator.

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for;

  • PO's
  • Data Entry
  • Meeting Minutes
  • Assisting head office with AP/AR
  • Ticket tracking

Requirements

  • Minumum 5 years experience in an office setting.
  • Post Secondary education in administrative-related certificate/degree is an asset.
  • Reliable transportation & Valid drivers license.
