Title: Administrative Assistant - FULL-TIME, PERMANENT
Job Location: Fort St. John, BC
Job Description:
Our clients are seeking an Administrative Assistant for their finance department. This role will require the successful applicant to be the office’s first point of contact and will require a mixture of reception and advance administrative duties to be completed.
Our clients are offering a permanent, full-time opportunity for a local in the Fort St. John, BC area.

Duties will include;
- Scheduling client appointments
- Documenting, data entry and filing
- Assisting the Finance Manager with day to day duties.
- Managing and updating in house databases
- Maintaining & ordering office supplies
- Some housekeeping
Requirements:
- Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Social Media experience is an asset

Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and must portray strong communication skills, both written and oral. We are seeking self-starters who can work independently and can be a team player.
