On behalf of our client, a local industrial service company, Macenna Staffing Services is accepting applications from candidates with strong MS Office skills and a background in Administration.
The position to be filled is a full-time, permanent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant that includes a shift of Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM
This is a great opportunity for those who have completed the ABT program and seeking a position that covers a little of everything.
- Assisting with payroll
- Accounts Payables/Receivables
- Data Entry
- Reception (Answering phones, ordering supplies, assisting where needed)
- ABT Certificate or related education preferred.
- Minimum 2 years office experience
- SAGE50 experience is preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license
- Advanced MS Office Skills
