Job Description

Receptionist for busy O&G Company Office
  • Answering and directing all calls, welcome visitors, managing visitor access cards
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of kitchens
  • Managing usage of meeting rooms
  • Facilitating meeting room bookings
  • Coordinate office setups and takedowns
  • Managing, creating and improving efficiencies with the role
  • Assisting with additional administrative duties as required

Requirements

Required Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Min high school diploma
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent will be highly considered
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a reception role or similar capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
  • Providing exceptional service
  • Good eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills,
  • Perform under a high degree of autonomy and independence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team environment
  • Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract

Salary Information

$22 -$24/hour
