Job Description
Receptionist for busy O&G Company Office
- Answering and directing all calls, welcome visitors, managing visitor access cards
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of kitchens
- Managing usage of meeting rooms
- Facilitating meeting room bookings
- Coordinate office setups and takedowns
- Managing, creating and improving efficiencies with the role
- Assisting with additional administrative duties as required
Requirements
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
- Min high school diploma
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent will be highly considered
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a reception role or similar capacity
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
- Providing exceptional service
- Good eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills,
- Perform under a high degree of autonomy and independence
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team environment
- Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
Salary Information
$22 -$24/hour
