Duties may include:

  • Phones, directing calls
  • Filing, sorting, typing
  • Reception, greeting and directing clients
  • Maintenance of Office Equipment
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Posting supplier invoices
  • Assist with vendor inquiries

 

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Min Grade 12
  • Business or Administrative Diploma an asset
  • Previous admin experience
  • Proficient Microsoft office software
  • Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Pleasant phone manner, team participant
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Basic accounting experience

 

Salary Information

$22 - $24/hr
