- Phones, directing calls
- Filing, sorting, typing
- Reception, greeting and directing clients
- Maintenance of Office Equipment
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Posting supplier invoices
- Assist with vendor inquiries
Requirements
Qualifications
- Min Grade 12
- Business or Administrative Diploma an asset
- Previous admin experience
- Proficient Microsoft office software
- Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Pleasant phone manner, team participant
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Basic accounting experience
Salary Information
$22 - $24/hr
