Job Description
Accounts Payable Clerk/Receptionist will provide financial, administrative and clerical services. Job may include, but is not limited to:
- Answering the phone and directing calls
- Typing, sorting and filing
- Greeting and directing clients and visitors
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Verifying compliance with the company purchasing and payables procedure
- Match valid PO's to the supplier invoice and post the supplier invoice in the payable system
- Respond and assist with vendor inquiries
- Manage a high volume of supplier invoices
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- Business or Administrative Office Diploma is an asset
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work in a team environment and with minimal supervision
- Pleasant and patient telephone manner
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Basic accounting experience
Salary Information
$22 - $25/hr
